  6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action arising.
